Arkansas Real Estate Appraiser Trainee

Basic Requirements: Must be 18 years or older and submit a completed application
Training Requirements: None
Education Requirements: 75 hours of qualifying education courses.  Fee: $200.00
State Required Test: None

Arkansas State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser

Basic Requirements: Must be 18 years or older and submit a completed application
Training Requirements: 2,000 hours of experience in no fewer than 12 months
Education Requirements: 75 hours of qualifying education courses and 30 semester hours of college level courses or an Associate’s degree or higher.  Fee: $200.00
State Required Test: Yes

Arkansas Certified Residential Appraiser

Basic Requirements: Must be 18 years or older and submit a completed application
Training Requirements: 2,500 hours of experience in no fewer than 24 months
Education Requirements: 125 hours of qualifying education courses; a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university is required.  Fee: $200.00
State Required Test: Yes

Arkansas Certified General Appraiser

Basic Requirements: Must be 18 years or older and submit a completed application
Training Requirements: 3,000 hours of experience over no fewer than 30 months; 1,500 hours must be non-residential appraisal work
Education Requirements: 225 hours of qualifying education courses; a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university is required.  Fee: $200.00
State Required Test: Yes
